Bio

  • I am currently working as an Associate Professor at The University of Electro-Communications (UEC), Japan.

  • I graduated from National Institute of Informatics and University of Science and Technology of China with a Ph.D. and a B.S., respectively.

  • I have been serving as Symposium co-chair of IEEE VTC 2021, workshop co-chair of HPSR 2022, TPC co-chair of ICT-DM2021, Poster and demo session co-chair of IEEE MSN2020, TPC co-chair of ICC workshop DDINS2022, etc.

  • I am currently on the editorial board of IEEE Open Journal of the Computer Society and Springer wireless networks.

  • I currently serve as the Web Chair of IEEE Technical Committee on Big Data and Liaison Officer of IEEE Technical Committee on Hyper-intelligence

  • I have published more than 30 papers in ICC and Globecom, and have received best paper awards from IEEE MSN 2020, IEEE ICOIN 2008, IEEE CBDCOM2018, IEEE ICPADS2021 (outstanding paper runner-up) etc. I am the receipt of the IEEE ComSoc MMTC outstanding young researcher award and IEICE young researcher award
